Creamed pasta


Stirring the pasta means mixing it with the sauce until you get a homogeneous and delicious result, which perfectly combines all the ingredients.

After placing the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water, drain it at just over halfway through cooking and pour it into the pan with the sauce until it is al dente, mixing well and adding a little cooking water if needed. If you want to incorporate grated cheese, turn off the heat, add the cheese together with a drop of cooking water and mix well. You will get a creamy and irresistible result.
