- 350 g Orecchiette
- 300 g Clean prawns
- 1 Kg Cooked spinach
- 125 cl White wine
- 250 g Heavy cream
- to taste EVO oil

Preparation
- Let's start preparing this delicious recipe with a nice stir-fry of prawns, but not before having washed and cleaned them. In a large saucepan, brown the prawns in plenty of oil to make them crispy. Deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate.
- Then add the spinach, previously boiled and cut into small pieces, and mix. Pour in the cream and season with salt, cook over low heat for a few minutes.
- In the meantime, cook the Orecchiette in plenty of boiling salted water, drain them al dente and pour them into the sauce.
- Mix all the ingredients well to blend the flavors and serve the Orecchiette with prawns and spinach after a few minutes of creaming.
